the application process

Our streamlined application process is designed to get you started quickly. Begin by submitting your resume and completing an initial assessment. Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview, where we’ll discuss your skills and match you with the right medical practices. Once accepted, our onboarding process will provide the training and resources you need to succeed as a virtual medical assistant.

Be sure to include information about your work experience and any tools and systems you've used.

Apply

After we receive your application, a member of our team will reach out to you via email to set up an initial interview to assess your communication skills.

After you pass the initial interview, we will ask you to take some tests to further assess your skills and typing speed, among other skills.   We may also ask that you create a short video that we can use to introduce you to potential clients. Candidates with no experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant will also be required to attend training.

BASIC Assessment +
BASIC TRAINING

VMS will send your resume and intro video to our various clients.   We will contact you when a client is interested in interviewing you.   The client will then interview you and inform VMS if you are hired. 

INTRODUCTION TO
POTENTIAL clients

You will commence work and receive training specific to the requirements and preferences of the clinic you have matched with. At this point, you will also start receiving your payouts!
